A vulnerability was found in Google Analyticato Plugin up to 6.4.9.2 on WordPress (WordPress Plugin). It has been classified as problematic. Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Google Analyticator Wordpress Plugin before 6.4.9.3 rev @1183563.
The bug was discovered 06/20/2015. The weakness was released 09/07/2017 by Nitin Venkatesh as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is available at seclists.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2015-4697 since 06/19/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit.
