CAPTCHA bypass vulnerability in MantisBT before 1.2.19.
The bug was discovered 01/17/2015. The weakness was disclosed 09/12/2017 (oss-sec). The advisory is shared at openwall.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2014-9624 since 01/18/2015.
