The weakness was shared 10/08/2013 by Vitaliy Toropov as MS13-087 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-3896 since 06/03/2013. The attack may be initiated remotely.
