A vulnerability was found in International Components for Unicode up to 59.1 and classified as critical. Double free in i18n/zonemeta.cpp in International Components for Unicode (ICU) for C/C++ through 59.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted string, aka a "redundant UVector entry clean up function call" issue.
The bug was discovered 08/09/2017. The weakness was released 10/16/2017 (Website). The advisory is available at bugs.icu-project.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2017-14952 since 09/29/2017.
