The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a privileges management vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-269. The weakness was presented 09/14/2012 as IC84606 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at www-01.ibm.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with IBM.
