A vulnerability was found in Exiv2 0.26 (Image Processing Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function Exiv2::Internal::PngChunk::keyTXTChunk of the file pngchunk_int.cpp. The manipulation as part of a PNG File leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the Exiv2::Internal::PngChunk::keyTXTChunk function of pngchunk_int.cpp in Exiv2 0.26. A crafted PNG file will lead to a remote denial of service attack.
