A vulnerability has been found in libming 0.4.8 (Programming Tool Software) and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects the function readUInt32 of the file util/read.c of the component SWF File Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a integer overflow vulnerability. In libming 0.4.8, there is an integer overflow (caused by an out-of-range left shift) in the readUInt32 function (util/read.c). Remote attackers could leverage this vulnerability to cause a denial-of-service via a crafted swf file.
