Multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities in Gespage before 7.4.9 allow remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the (1) printer name when adding a printer in the admin panel or (2) username parameter to webapp/users/user_reg.jsp.
The bug was discovered 03/13/2017. The weakness was released 01/08/2018 as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is shared for download at seclists.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2017-7998 since 04/21/2017. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication.
