A vulnerability was found in Seagate Personal Cloud (Cloud Software) (version now known). It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function uploadTelemetry/getLogs of the file views.py of the component Media Server. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a command injection vulnerability. Seagate Media Server in Seagate Personal Cloud has unauthenticated command injection in the uploadTelemetry and getLogs functions in views.py because .psp URLs are handled by the fastcgi.server component and shell metacharacters are mishandled.
