The weakness was disclosed 11/08/2013 as Security Bulletin: Multiple vulnerabilities in Security AppScan Enterprise as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2013-5450 since 08/22/2013. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely.
