In DLSParser of the sonivox library, there is possible resource exhaustion due to a memory leak. This could lead to remote temporary denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. The bug was discovered 02/05/2018. The weakness was published 02/12/2018 with Qihoo 360 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at source.android.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-13234 since 08/23/2017. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
