The advisory is shared for download at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-0832 since 12/01/2017. The attack can be initiated remotely. A single authentication is required for exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1592. The advisory points out:
An information disclosure vulnerability exists in the Windows kernel that could allow an attacker to retrieve information that could lead to a Kernel Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) bypass. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could retrieve the memory address of a kernel object.
