As I wrote in November (http://websecurity.com.ua/6904/), there are 3 FPD vulnerabilities, which were hiddenly fixed in WP 3.6.1. They were not mentioned in announcement or Codex. Even there were cases, when WP developers wrote about fixed FPD in official announcements.
The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1592 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.

The real existence of this vulnerability is still doubted at the moment.

Upgrading to version 3.6.1 eliminates this vulnerability. It is possible to mitigate the problem by applying the configuration setting display_errors = off. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version.
