Gitlab Enterprise Edition version 10.1.0 is vulnerable to an insufficiently protected credential issue in the project service integration API endpoint resulting in an information disclosure of plaintext password.
The bug was discovered 01/16/2018. The weakness was disclosed 03/21/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared at about.gitlab.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2017-0925 since 11/30/2016. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely.
