A vulnerability was found in QNAP QTS up to 4.2.6/4.3.3 (Network Attached Storage Software). It has been declared as problematic. Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the share link function of File Station of QNAP 4.2.6 build 20171026, QTS 4.3.3 build 20170727 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML.
The bug was discovered 03/23/2018. The weakness was presented 03/27/2018 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at qnap.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2017-7631 since 04/10/2017.
