A vulnerability was found in Apple iOS up to 10.2 (Smartphone Operating System) and classified as critical. This issue affects the function String.replace of the component JavaScriptCore. An issue was discovered in certain Apple products. iOS before 10.3 is affected. Safari before 10.1 is affected. tvOS before 10.2 is affected. The issue involves the "JavaScriptCore" component. It allows remote attackers to conduct Universal XSS (UXSS) attacks via a crafted web site that triggers prototype mishandling.
