The bug was discovered 04/10/2018. The weakness was disclosed 04/10/2018 with Fortinet's FortiGuard Labs as confirmed security update guide (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2018-0963 since 12/01/2017. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 91441 (Microsoft Windows Security Update April 2018).
