Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in uploader.swf in the Uploader component in Yahoo! YUI 2.5.0 through 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the allowedDomain parameter.
The weakness was published 12/18/2013 with Rack911 as TSR 2013-0011 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at cpanel.net. The public release has been coordinated with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-6780 since 11/12/2013. The attack can be initiated remotely.
