This affects some unknown processing of the component Communication Module. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a hard-coded credentials vulnerability. Hard coded accounts exist in Schneider Electric's Modicon Premium, Modicon Quantum, Modicon M340, and BMXNOR0200 controlers in all versions of the communication modules.
