This issue affects the function resp_new of the file http.c of the component Cookie Handler. The manipulation with the input value \r\n leads to a input validation vulnerability. GNU Wget before 1.19.5 is prone to a cookie injection vulnerability in the resp_new function in http.c via a \r\n sequence in a continuation line.
