A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in IceWarp Mail Server up to 11.1 (Mail Server Software). Affected is an unknown code of the file webmail/client/skins/default/css/css.php. The manipulation of the argument script/style with the input value …/. leads to a path traversal vulnerability. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in IceWarp Mail Server before 11.2 allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a (1) .. (dot dot) in the file parameter to a webmail/client/skins/default/css/css.php page or .../. (dot dot dot slash dot) in the (2) script or (3) style parameter to webmail/old/calendar/minimizer/index.php.
