A vulnerability has been found in Adobe Connect up to 9.7 (Content Management System) and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects some unknown processing. Adobe Connect versions 9.7 and earlier have an exploitable OS Command Injection. Successful exploitation could lead to arbitrary file deletion.

This vulnerability was named CVE-2018-4923 since 01/03/2018. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 11937 (Adobe Security Update for Connect (APSB18-06)).
