A vulnerability was found in Oracle Java SE 6u65/7u45 on Mozilla Firefox (Programming Language Software) and classified as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the component Deployment. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. The issue has been introduced in 10/15/2013. The weakness was published 01/14/2014 with Oracle as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2014 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared at oracle.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-0387 since 12/12/2013. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be initiated remotely.
