The issue has been introduced in 10/15/2013. The weakness was presented 01/14/2014 with Oracle as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2014 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at oracle.com. This vulnerability can be exploited via HTTP. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2013-5887 since 09/18/2013. The exploitability is told to be easy.
