The bug was discovered 06/12/2018. The weakness was presented 06/12/2018 with Google as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is shared at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. A security feature bypass vulnerability exists when Microsoft Edge improperly handles requests of different origins. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could force the browser to send data that would otherwise be restricted.
