In ImageMagick 7.0.8-3 Q16, ReadDIBImage and WriteDIBImage in coders/dib.c allow attackers to cause an out of bounds write via a crafted file.

The bug was discovered 06/20/2018. The weakness was released 06/20/2018 by Venustech with Adlab of Venustech (GitHub Repository). The advisory is shared for download at github.com.
