The portal interface in Cisco Secure Access Control System (ACS) does not properly manage sessions, which allows remote authenticated users to hijack sessions and gain privileges via unspecified vectors, aka Bug ID CSCue65951.

The weakness was disclosed 01/24/2014 with Cisco as CSCue65951 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at tools.cisco.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2014-0678 since 01/02/2014. The attack can be initiated remotely. The successful exploitation requires a single authentication.
