The certificate-import feature in the Certificate Authority Proxy Function (CAPF) CLI implementation in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) 10.0(1) and earlier allows local users to read or modify arbitrary files via a crafted command, aka Bug ID CSCum95461.
The weakness was released 02/25/2014 with Cisco as CVE-2014-0741 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at tools.cisco.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2014-0741 since 01/02/2014. The exploitation is known to be easy. Local access is required to approach this attack.
