A vulnerability was found in Oracle Communications Performance Intelligence Center (PIC) Software up to 10.1.x (Cloud Software). It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects some unknown functionality of the component resteasy-jaxrs. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a xml external entity reference vulnerability.
