Apache Commons FileUpload before 1.3.3 DiskFileItem File Manipulation Remote Code Execution
The bug was discovered 10/17/2016. The weakness was released 10/16/2018 by Jacob Baines with Tenable Network Security as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - October 2018 as confirmed advisory (Website).
