A vulnerability was found in IObit Malware Fighter 6.2 (Anti-Malware Software). It has been classified as critical. Affected is some unknown processing in the library RegFilter.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a memory corruption vulnerability. RegFilter.sys in IOBit Malware Fighter 6.2 is susceptible to a stack-based buffer overflow when an attacker uses IOCTL 0x8006E05C with a size larger than 8 bytes. This can lead to denial of service or code execution with root privileges.
