The bug was discovered 01/08/2019. The weakness was disclosed 01/08/2019 by Security Team (window) with Microsoft as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is available at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2019-0547 since 11/26/2018. Access to the local network is required for this attack to succeed. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
