A vulnerability was found in Oracle Java SE, JavaFX and JRockit 5.0u61/6u71/7u51/8 (Programming Language Software). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown functionality of the component Javadoc. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a cross site scripting vulnerability. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-2398 since 03/13/2014. The attack may be initiated remotely. A simple authentication is required for exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
