Apache Commons FileUpload before 1.3.3 DiskFileItem File Manipulation Remote Code Execution
The bug was discovered 10/17/2016. The weakness was presented 01/16/2019 by Jacob Baines with Tenable Network Security as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2019 as confirmed advisory (Website).
