The bug was discovered 03/12/2019. The weakness was presented 03/12/2019 as confirmed security update guide (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Microsoft. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-0759 since 11/26/2018. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The attack may be initiated remotely. The successful exploitation requires a simple authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
