The bug was discovered 02/17/2019. The weakness was disclosed 02/27/2019 by Rafael Pedrero as [CVE-2019-9206, CVE-2019-9207] Cross Site Scripting in PRTG Network Monitor v7.1.3.3378 as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is shared for download at seclists.org. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2019-9207 since 02/26/2019. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1059.007.
