A sandbox information disclosure exists in Twig before 1.38.0 and 2.x before 2.7.0 because, under some circumstances, it is possible to call the __toString() method on an object even if not allowed by the security policy in place.
The bug was discovered 03/12/2019. The weakness was released 03/23/2019 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at seclists.org. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-9942 since 03/23/2019. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
