The WebDAV endpoint in Atlassian Confluence Server and Data Center before version 6.6.7 (the fixed version for 6.6.x), from version 6.7.0 before 6.8.5 (the fixed version for 6.8.x), and from version 6.9.0 before 6.9.3 (the fixed version for 6.9.x) allows remote attackers to send arbitrary HTTP and WebDAV requests from a Confluence Server or Data Center instance via Server-Side Request Forgery.
The bug was discovered 03/25/2019. The weakness was presented 03/25/2019 as confirmed mailinglist post (Bugtraq). The advisory is shared at seclists.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2019-3395 since 12/19/2018. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 13459 (Atlassian Confluence Server Remote Code Execution Vulnerability (CONFSERVER-57974)).
Upgrading to version 6.6.7, 6.8.5 or 6.9.3 eliminates this vulnerability.
