The bug was discovered 03/25/2019. The weakness was released 03/25/2019 as HT209600 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at support.apple.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2019-8513 since 02/18/2019. The attack needs to be approached locally. Required for exploitation is a single authentication.
