An issue was discovered in GitLab Community and Enterprise Edition before 11.6.10, 11.7.x before 11.7.6, and 11.8.x before 11.8.1. It allows CSRF.

The bug was discovered 03/04/2019. The weakness was disclosed 04/17/2019 (Website). The advisory is available at about.gitlab.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2019-9176 since 02/26/2019. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
