An issue was discovered in GitLab Community and Enterprise Edition before 11.7.8, 11.8.x before 11.8.4, and 11.9.x before 11.9.2. It allows persistent XSS in the merge request "resolve conflicts" page.
The weakness was disclosed 05/15/2019. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2019-10111 since 03/26/2019. The attack may be launched remotely. Required for exploitation is a simple authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
