The bug was discovered 04/09/2019. The weakness was disclosed 05/23/2019 as APSB19-25 as confirmed security bulletin (Website). The advisory is shared at helpx.adobe.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-7137 since 01/28/2019. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
