Delete or create a file via rpc.statd, due to invalid information.

The weakness was disclosed 04/24/1996 as 00135 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at sunsolve.sun.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-1999-0019. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
