A vulnerability has been found in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management 7.5/12.0 (Billing Software) and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects an unknown code block of the component Perl. Perl before 5.26.3 and 5.28.x before 5.28.1 has a buffer overflow via a crafted regular expression that triggers invalid write operations.
