A vulnerability has been found in Dell EMC RSA Identity Governance, Lifecycle, RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance up to 7.1.0 P07 and classified as critical. The RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle software and RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance products prior to 7.1.0 P08 contain a code injection vulnerability. A remote authenticated malicious user could potentially exploit this vulnerability to run custom Groovy scripts to gain limited access to view or modify information on the Workflow system.
The weakness was released 09/11/2019 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at dell.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2019-3759 since 01/03/2019. The attack can be launched remotely. A single authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1059 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
