A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in DIMO YellowBox CRM up to 6.3.3 (Customer Relationship Management System). This issue affects an unknown function of the file images/Apparence. The manipulation of the argument dossier with the input value ../ leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. In DIMO YellowBox CRM before 6.3.4, Path Traversal in images/Apparence (dossier=../) and servletrecuperefichier (document=../) allows an unauthenticated user to download arbitrary files from the server.
The weakness was disclosed 01/21/2020. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2019-14767 since 08/07/2019. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1006 for this issue.
Upgrading to version 6.3.4 eliminates this vulnerability.
