A vulnerability has been found in Apple iCloud up to 7.17 on Windows (Cloud Software) and classified as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown part of the component libxml2. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a buffer overflow vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-120. The product copies an input buffer to an output buffer without verifying that the size of the input buffer is less than the size of the output buffer, leading to a buffer overflow.
