Nortel VPN Router (aka Contivity) allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via an IPsec IKE packet with a malformed ISAKMP header.

The bug was discovered 03/03/2005. The weakness was released 05/30/2005 by Roy Hills with NTA-Monitor (Website). The advisory is shared for download at nta-monitor.com.
