CVSS Meta Temp Score
CVSS is a standardized scoring system to determine possibilities of attacks. The Temp Score considers temporal factors like disclosure, exploit and countermeasures. The unique Meta Score calculates the average score of different sources to provide a normalized scoring system.
Current Exploit Price (≈)
Our analysts are monitoring exploit markets and are in contact with vulnerability brokers. The range indicates the observed or calculated exploit price to be seen on exploit markets. A good indicator to understand the monetary effort required for and the popularity of an attack.
CTI Interest Score
Our Cyber Threat Intelligence team is monitoring different web sites, mailing lists, exploit markets and social media networks. The CTI Interest Score identifies the interest of attackers and the security community for this specific vulnerability in real-time. A high score indicates an elevated risk to be targeted for this vulnerability.

Affected by this issue is an unknown part of the file downloadFile.ashx of the component Surveillance Module. The manipulation of the argument FileName/FilePath with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Impacted is confidentiality, integrity, and availability. CVE summarizes:

downloadFile.ashx in the Administrator section of the Surveillance module in Global RADAR BSA Radar 1.6.7234.24750 and earlier allows users to download transaction files. When downloading the files, a user is able to view local files on the web server by manipulating the FileName and FilePath parameters in the URL, or while using a proxy. This vulnerability could be used to view local sensitive files or configuration files.

The weakness was presented 06/22/2020. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2020-14946 since 06/21/2020. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely.
