A vulnerability was found in McAfee ASaP Virusscan 1.0 (Anti-Malware Software). It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is an unknown function of the component HTTP Request Handler. Directory traversal vulnerability in McAfee ASaP VirusScan agent 1.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the HTTP request.
